About Us

Getting to know the people, the process and the principles behind Talvania Global Ltd — and why we do things a little differently.

Our team

Who We Are

Making Travel Happen

Talvania Global Ltd is a UK travel agency helping customers plan and book flights and holidays with confidence, from quick weekend breaks to complex multi-centre adventures. We arrange flight ticketing through our IATA-accredited host travel agency, Brightsun Travel (IATA 3856), giving you access to a wide range of airlines through a recognised, regulated booking channel.

Our travel experts hand-pick every deal on our site, negotiate fares across 100+ airlines, and tailor-make itineraries around you — not the other way around. Below, we've set out in detail who we are, how we work, and the principles that guide every booking we make on your behalf.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to make booking flights and holidays feel personal again. In an industry increasingly dominated by faceless search engines and opaque pricing algorithms, we believe there is still real value in speaking to someone who genuinely knows the destinations, understands the small details that make a trip special, and is invested in getting your booking right the first time. Every enquiry that comes through Talvania Global Ltd is handled by a real travel consultant — not a chatbot, not an automated quote generator — because we think travel is too important, and often too expensive, to leave to guesswork. Whether you're booking a short weekend break or a once-in-a-lifetime multi-centre trip, the same level of care and attention goes into every enquiry we receive.

What We Do

We help customers across the UK plan and book flights, holiday packages, escorted tours and tailor-made itineraries to destinations around the world. Whether you already know exactly where you want to go and just need the best fare, or you're starting with nothing more than a rough idea and a travel date, our team is set up to help at whatever stage you're at. We work across every cabin class, from great-value economy fares to premium and first-class travel, and we build itineraries ranging from simple return flights to complex multi-centre trips spanning several countries and airlines.

Why We Don't Publish Fixed Prices Online

You may notice that we don't display fixed prices next to the deals and destinations on our website. This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. Flight and holiday pricing changes constantly — sometimes multiple times a day — based on airline yield management, seasonal demand, currency movements and availability. A price displayed on a website today can be meaningless by the time you actually try to book it, and we would rather be straightforward about that than show you a number designed purely to catch your eye. Instead, every enquiry receives a personalised, live quotation from one of our consultants, checked against real-time availability, so the price you're given is the price you can actually book at. We think this is a more honest way to do business, even if it means one extra step compared to clicking "book now" on a number that might not be accurate.

How Booking With Us Works

The process starts with an enquiry — through our website's contact form, by phone, or over WhatsApp — where you tell us what you're looking for: destination, dates, group size, budget, and anything else that matters to you. From there, one of our travel consultants researches live options across our network of airline and holiday Suppliers and comes back to you with a tailored quotation. If you're happy with what's proposed, we take a deposit (or full payment, for certain fares) to secure your Booking, issue your tickets and confirmation documents, and remain your point of contact right through to departure and, if needed, while you're travelling. You can read the full detail of this process, including our payment schedule and cancellation terms, in our Terms & Conditions and Payment Policy.

IATA-Accredited Ticketing, Explained Simply

Every flight we book is ticketed through Brightsun Travel (IATA 3856), our IATA-accredited host travel agency. In plain terms, this means your flight ticket is issued through the same regulated global system that airlines themselves rely on to distribute seats through travel agents — the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan. It's the reason we're able to offer competitive fares across a huge range of airlines, and it's a meaningful signal of operational credibility in an industry where, unfortunately, not every agency selling flights online is what it appears to be. We explain this in much more detail, including what it means for your specific booking, in our Booking Protection statement.

Our Approach to Customer Service

We deliberately keep our communication channels simple and human: a phone number that reaches a real person, a WhatsApp number for quick questions on the go, and a contact form for anyone who prefers to write things out in detail. We don't hide behind ticketing systems or offshore call centres reading from scripts. If you book with us and something changes with your flight, or you simply want to check something before you travel, you can reach a consultant who has access to your actual booking, not just a generic knowledge base. We think this matters most in the moments that are stressful — a cancelled flight, a missed connection, an unexpected schedule change — which is exactly when automated systems tend to fall short.

Destinations We Cover

Our consultants arrange travel to destinations across every continent, from popular short-haul city breaks in Europe to long-haul adventures across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Americas and Africa. Because we work through an IATA-accredited booking channel with access to a broad range of airline partners, we're rarely limited to a narrow set of "packaged" destinations the way some online-only agencies are — if there's a commercial route to where you want to go, we can generally help you get there, and often stitch together multi-centre itineraries that combine several destinations into a single, well-planned trip.

Our Values

Three things guide how we operate. Transparency — we would rather explain a complicated booking condition clearly than bury it in small print, and we would rather tell you a price has changed than let you find out at the worst possible moment. Accountability — when something goes wrong, and occasionally in travel something will, we take ownership of resolving it rather than simply pointing you back to the airline or hotel. Genuine expertise — our consultants are trained to actually understand the destinations and airlines they're booking, not just to read prices off a screen, because the difference between a good trip and a great one is often in the details a generic search engine will never surface.

Responsible Travel

We recognise that travel has an impact, both on the destinations we visit and on the communities that depend on tourism. Where possible, we encourage customers to consider the impact of their travel choices — from supporting locally owned accommodation and tour operators to being mindful of over-tourism in particularly popular destinations. We're a small team rather than a global conglomerate, and we believe that gives us the flexibility to have a genuine conversation with you about how to travel a little more thoughtfully, rather than simply pushing the highest-margin package.

Technology That Supports, Not Replaces, People

We use technology to make the parts of travel booking that should be simple, simple — searching our deals by category, browsing destinations by interest, reaching us instantly over WhatsApp, and paying securely online. What we deliberately haven't done is replace our travel consultants with a fully automated booking engine. We think the parts of travel planning that actually matter — understanding what you're looking for, catching a booking condition that could catch you out, negotiating a better fare, sorting out a problem when you're already at the airport — are still best handled by an experienced person, supported by good technology rather than replaced by it.

Our Team

Our consultants come from a variety of backgrounds within the travel industry, bringing hands-on knowledge of specific regions, airline booking systems and the practicalities of putting together multi-centre itineraries. We invest in keeping that knowledge current, because airline schedules, entry requirements and destination conditions change constantly, and a quote based on out-of-date information helps no one. When you speak to us, you're speaking to someone who is expected to know their subject, not simply to read a script.

Family Holidays

Booking travel for a family brings its own set of considerations — seating together on long-haul flights, school holiday pricing and availability, connection times that work for young children, and accommodation that genuinely suits a family rather than a couple. Our consultants take these details into account from the first conversation, rather than treating a family booking as a simple multiple of an individual one. If you're travelling with infants, children with specific dietary or medical needs, or a larger extended family group spanning several rooms, tell us at the enquiry stage so we can factor it into the options we put together.

Honeymoons and Special Occasions

Some trips carry more weight than others — a honeymoon, a milestone anniversary, a significant birthday, a long-awaited reunion. For these occasions, we spend extra time understanding what would make the trip genuinely memorable, whether that's a particular type of accommodation, a specific view, or simply making sure the logistics are seamless enough that you can actually relax. Where a Supplier is able to arrange a small gesture to mark the occasion, such as a room upgrade subject to availability, we will always ask on your behalf, though we cannot guarantee outcomes that ultimately depend on the property or airline.

Solo Travellers

Travelling alone shouldn't mean paying a premium simply because you're one person rather than two, and it shouldn't mean navigating unfamiliar booking systems without support either. We work with Suppliers who offer fair single-occupancy pricing where available, and our consultants are happy to talk through practical considerations for solo travellers — from safety in a specific destination to the best type of accommodation for meeting other travellers, if that's what you're looking for.

Accessibility and Additional Requirements

If you or someone in your party has a disability, reduced mobility, or any other requirement that could affect your Travel Arrangements, please let us know as early as possible in the enquiry process. We will pass this information on to the relevant Suppliers — airlines, hotels, transfer companies — and do what we reasonably can to make sure it is properly accommodated, though the ultimate ability to meet a specific request always depends on the Supplier involved. We would rather ask too many questions upfront than have you discover a problem at the airport.

Corporate and Group Travel

In addition to individual and family bookings, we also arrange travel for small businesses and groups — whether that's a handful of colleagues travelling to a conference, a larger group heading to a wedding or celebration abroad, or a sports team travelling together for a tournament. Group and corporate bookings often benefit from bespoke payment terms and a single point of contact managing the whole group's arrangements, which we're happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis; further detail on how this differs from a standard consumer booking is set out in our Terms & Conditions and Payment Policy.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

We take customer feedback seriously, whether it comes as a compliment, a complaint, or a simple suggestion for how we could have done something better. Every piece of feedback is reviewed and, where it points to a genuine gap in how we operate, feeds into how we train our consultants or manage our Supplier relationships going forward. If something about your experience with us falls short of what you expected, please tell us directly using the details on our Contact Us page — we would much rather have the opportunity to put it right than have you simply not book with us again, and we treat every piece of feedback as a genuine opportunity to improve.

Our Partners and Suppliers

We work with a wide network of airlines, hoteliers, tour operators and destination specialists to put your Travel Arrangements together, ticketing flights through our IATA-accredited host agency, Brightsun Travel. We choose our Suppliers carefully, based on reliability, value and the quality of the experience they provide, rather than simply defaulting to whichever partner pays the highest commission. Where a cheaper option exists but comes with meaningful trade-offs — a punishing layover, a hotel with a poor track record, an airline known for frequent delays on a specific route — we'll tell you, so you can make an informed decision rather than an uninformed saving.

Our Office

Talvania Global Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16526014, with our office based at Office 8168, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, United Kingdom, RM6 6AX. While the majority of our customers reach us by phone, WhatsApp or through our website rather than visiting in person, we're a genuine UK-registered business with a real address behind it, and we're happy to confirm our registration details to any customer who would like to verify them before booking, including via public Companies House records.

How We Handle Complaints

No travel business gets everything right one hundred percent of the time — flights get delayed, hotels occasionally fall short of their description, and things outside anyone's control sometimes go wrong. What we can control is how we respond when they do. If you have a complaint about any part of your Travel Arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference and a clear description of the issue, and we will investigate promptly, liaising directly with the relevant Supplier on your behalf where needed. Our full complaints process is set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Working With Us

We're always interested in hearing from experienced travel consultants who share our approach to genuinely personal service, as well as from Suppliers — hoteliers, tour operators, destination management companies — who would like to be considered as partners. If that's you, please get in touch through our Contact Us page with a short introduction, and a member of our team will follow up.

A Note on Trust and Reviews

We would rather earn your trust through how we actually handle your booking than through marketing claims on a website, which is why you won't find inflated review counts or unverifiable award claims on this page. If you book with us, we hope the experience speaks for itself — and if it doesn't, we genuinely want to hear about it, as explained above, so we can put it right.

Trust and Financial Protection

We know that paying a deposit for a holiday months in advance requires a degree of trust, which is why we're upfront about exactly how your booking and your payment are protected, rather than relying on vague reassurances. Our Booking Protection statement sets out, in plain language, how flight tickets are issued through the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan via Brightsun Travel, what protection applies to package-style bookings under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, and why we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance alongside any booking. We would always rather over-explain this than leave you to assume.

Data Protection and Your Privacy

Arranging your Travel Arrangements means handling sensitive personal information — passport details, dates of birth, payment information — and we take that responsibility seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with (and why that sharing is unavoidable in the international travel industry), and the rights you have over your own data under UK GDPR. We only ever share the minimum information necessary with the Suppliers involved in fulfilling your specific Booking.

Looking Ahead

Travel as an industry keeps changing — new routes open, airlines merge and restructure, destinations rise and fall in popularity, and the technology customers expect when booking continues to evolve. We intend to keep pace with those changes without losing the thing we think matters most: a real conversation with a real person who is invested in getting your trip right. As we grow, our aim is to add more consultant expertise, deepen our relationships with Suppliers, and keep improving the tools and processes that support our team, while keeping the core of how we work — honest pricing, personal service, and clear communication — exactly the same going forward.
